Drop-in music classes for children ages 9 months through 5 years in the south Nashville area.

What is it?
These classes are for children ages 9 months through 5 years old. Your child will play instruments and learn their names, move to music, sing songs, and learn concepts such as steady beat, high vs low, slow vs fast, loud vs soft, different voices, melody, and rhythm. Each class is based on a theme that changes with the seasons.
Where is it?
These classes take place outside in parks around Nashville, Franklin, and Spring Hill, or inside at local businesses. About a week before class you will get an email with directions to the location. Look for the sign that says “Music with Mary” in front of some squishy seats in a circle. Depending on the season, if it rains for an outside class we will either reschedule class (winter) or move under a nearby pavilion (spring - fall).
35 minute music class at Nolensville Park and Bark Park for children ages 9 mo - 5 yrs with a parent/caregiver. We will be playing guiros, egg shakers, and moving with hoops.
